New Years Eve Blessings!
As 2018 draws to a close, I wanted to reach out to you, my online family, and tell you how grateful I am for each and every one of you and the place you hold in my heart.

To those who have been walking with me for many years - thank you for your love, support, random dance parties around the world and for sharing this journey. Know that I love you too (ridiculously, huge smooshie love - that "muuu-uuum you're embarrassing me" big size love), and am honoured to walk with you.

To those whom I have just had the pleasure to connect with (whether virtually or in person) - welcome! I'm looking forward to us connecting even more in 2019. 

My wishes for you as you step into 2019 are these:

That you savour joy in moments big and small, find breath in the challenging ones, laugh until you just might pee yourself regularly, and feel loved and supported by the community that surrounds you.

That you may know the strength and wisdom that lies within you, even when you can't feel it's presence. You are powerFUL!

That you surround yourself with those who see your greatness, even when you forget who you really are. That you receive the love and support that surrounds you - and that you know you can count me as part of that community. I got you! (*insert fist bump here*)

That you celebrate the awesome-sauce that is YOU - consistently and constantly! You are the gift - please take time to marvel in the unique, magnificence that is you. I promise you, I am celebrating you all the time.
