In this 18 hour mind expanding and REVOLUTIONARY training you will learn to create THEGROOVE™ experience. You will receive powerful resources and tools and put into practice the skills you need to become an effective, CONFIDENT and inspiring FACILITATOR so you can evolve the traditional “follow the leader” experience into a COMMUNITY DANCEfloor for people to GET THEIR GROOVE ON!

Liz has been professionally involved in the “fitness industry” for over twenty four years, accumulating an eclectic collection of certificates - in fitness, personal training, energy work, nutrition and coaching - a degree and some good ol' fashion life wisdom over the years. She has been a GROOVE Master Trainer for the World GROOVE Movement for over 14 years - leading classes in multiple cities all over Canada, US and Mexico.
