RETREAT OVERVIEW --------------------------------- We invite you to join us for a luxurious two night retreat full of restorative yoga, breathwork, dance, sharing circles, workshops and so much more. It's called THE BEAUTY OF BELONGING RETREAT, and it's happening March 24-26 2023 at the beautiful Craidelonna Lodge, on southern Vancouver Island - located about 40 minutes from downtown Victoria, BC. This beautiful ocean-access property boasts a wood sauna, hot tub, cozy meeting spaces and awe-inspiring ocean views. The only thing more delicious than the views, will be our delicious all-inclusive wild harvest meals cooked on site by our private chef - Vancouver island's absolute best! This weekend will be transformative, spacious with time for rest and connection, and SO much fun! WHY "BELONGING"? ----------------------------- What does belonging mean to you? Belonging to your body; to your heart’s passions while in community with like minded people; to the land? During these last challenging years we have witnessed the impact of distance and fear on our collective wellbeing. We’ve lost our footing and forgotten where we belong. For so many isolation and social distance have created immeasurable exhaustion through forced resilience. It’s time to come home to ourselves and community. --------------------------------- For the first time in this special collaboration, Ocian Ward and Liz Zdunich are coming together to be your hosts and guides journeying into the depths of this human experience through our senses connecting with movement, sound journey, meditation practices, and the therapeutics of conscious connected breathwork. Both longtime spaceholders, creators, coaches and facilitators, they've merged their unique magics to bring this event to life. Together we'll engage questions, conversations and also stillness designed to bring both beauty and belonging to the forefront. |
